Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During high order volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping): 7–12 business days

Shipping Locations
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you immediately after your order is placed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on local regulations.
Delayed or Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will assist you in locating your package.
Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
